Return Policy: We happily exchange unwashed, unworn, regular-priced items for store credit up to 14 days after store purchase or shipment delivery! All pre-orders, discounted items, sale items, or items that are purchased using a coupon are final sale and not exchangeable/returnable. To initiate a shipping return, please email us at hello@thefoxtribe.com. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Shipping:

• $6.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Forest City, NC (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, consumables and food items, customized Items, seasonal Items, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
